Acis Group, a renowned housing charity, has been instrumental in transforming lives across the East Midlands, Yorkshire, and the Humber through its comprehensive housing services. With a mission to enhance living standards, Acis Group introduced Acis Students, a sub-brand dedicated to providing safe, modern, and comfortable student accommodations that foster independence, security, and a sense of community among students.
The task at hand was to develop a distinct visual identity for "The Trigon," their latest 361-bedroom student accommodation situated in the pulsating heart of Sheffield's modern cityscape.
The challenge was to encapsulate the essence of vibrant student life, the sense of community, and the modernity of Sheffield, all while aligning with Acis Group's core values and Acis Students' brand ethos.
I designed a fresh, dynamic logo and visual identity that reflected the modern, secure, and communal aspects of The Trigon.
The use of bold colours and contemporary design elements mirrored the vibrancy of student life and the architectural uniqueness of the accommodation.
Our primary goal was to craft a branding strategy and visual identity that not only resonated with the dynamic lifestyle of students but also stood as a testament to Acis Group's commitment to providing exemplary student housing. The visual identity needed to communicate the unique selling propositions of The Trigon: independence, security, and communal living, thereby positioning it as the premier choice for student accommodation in Sheffield.
